Well – So Far So Good
Official Summer-break Day 1, 2 & 3 in the books. √.√. & √.
I’ve had a few people ask me to let them know how my screen-free summer plan has been working out.
Well, I gotta say – so far so good! The girls have really responded to the chalkboard plan. Now I’m not patting myself on the back just yet. I fully realize we are only on day 3. I don’t want to get ahead of myself or anything but the weekend and these first few days have gone swimmingly.
My kids are visual. When things are spelled out for them on paper, they respect it more than verbal commands throughout the day. Could it be that they are sick of me talking at...
