I think there is a written rule out there somewhere that states that anyone wearing a full skirt must do at least one twirl. What's the point of such a fantastic skirt if you can't have a little fun with it?! I have a few long full skirts and love the way the breeze catches them and how the flare out when I take my obligatory daily twirl.
