I made lots of new friends on Sunday night. Two of them were named Alli and Gator. Just kidding, I don’t know their names, but they were in fact baby alligators and I held one of them. My firm hosted a pretty stupendous (that’s an underused word, don’t you think?) party at this conference, and our big draws were the live band and the baby alligator photo op. Don’t worry , there were handlers there, and we are donating $500 to the Florida Everglades as a thank you to these cute little predators.
