i have been OBSESSED with this type of blue & white print since the roberto cavalli dress that victoria beckham wore was probably the first photo i ever pinned on my pinterest :) it’s the classic chinese porcelain pattern that you see to this day, still influential all the way back from 17th century ming dynasty. even the europeans were inspired by it, notably in the similar-looking dutch delftware . i LOVE it all! i wore this very spring-like outfit to the commencement of some of my kung fu students at boston university. it was such a gorgeously sunny & happy day, i wanted to match that in my outfit! what really put a smile on my face...
