Ruffled Off the Shoulder Midi Dress
This black ruffled off the shoulder midi dress is my jam (only $25)! I love the off the shoulder trend, but sometimes the pieces can be shapeless. The elastic waist on this one right under the ruffle keeps it from looking like a giant sack. I planned to pack it for our beach trip, but it turns out I won’t be able to go (insert sad face here).
