Workout Wednesday: Bench Fitness For the past month I have been going hard at the gym to prepare for a swimwear shoot I did last weekend. One of my favorite tools during my training was doing full body efforts on a bench with using my own weight as resistance. I love to create and share workouts that don't require much equipment so that you can do my workout at your own home. If you don't have a bench try something like a sturdy chair.
