Spencer and I recently bought ourselves some bikes! We have only been able to take them out about 10 times so far with the unreliable Utah weather. Once, for a week straight, we were able to go for afternoon rides around town. I seriously felt my legs getting into shape from just that! It made me realize just how out of shape I am and how happy I am for muscle memory. The coolest part about our bikes is that they are vintage frames! We found a (literal) whole in the wall bike shop that let us pick out our frames from hundreds of bikes he had stacked in the shop. Later, he fixed up the bikes with new chains, seats, handle bars, and tires. They came out...
