Remember how just yesterday I was going all 90s on you? Well, as luck would have it, when I was out at dinner yesterday, I saw a girl who looked like she could be Phoebe in Friends. Not current Lisa Kudrow, but circa Season 1 Phoebe Buffay. She had crazy long blonde hair and was wearing a choker (is that a thing again?).
