Today, someone asked me what was the hardest habit that I have ever made is and instinctively my mind went to all the ones I couldn’t keep. I’ve tried to eat healthy and excersize daily, I tried to meditate and save more money. I have promised myself I’d wake up early and keep it to two glasses of wine a day. Behind me lays a road littered with good habits I couldn’t form and bad ones I couldn’t break.
But throughout it all, the optimism of starting something new and shame of failure, one thing has been a constant: I am a workaholic.
