DIY: malene birger inspired dress
dress: handmade by my mama and i, inspired by malene birger shoes: steve madden necklace: vintage i'm sure that you've seen this image all over pinterest; even though i pinned it almost 8 months ago, i still see it pop up in my feed every once in awhile. i really loved the dress and searched malene birger's site for it, but no luck - it wasn't available. i figured that it probably wouldn't be that hard to make (with a few adjustments, of course) and my mom and i set down a couple of weekends ago to make it. i constructed the top part, putting together the patchwork pieces and lining the cups and my mom attached the skirt. instead of using chiffon for the skirt, we used...
