post title a quote by Oscar Wilde Yesterday Julie and I ventured up to Dublin to go to the Tola Vintage Kilo Sale being held in the RDS. The weather was atrocious with strong winds and a constant downpour of rain so we spent a considerable amount of time trying to quickly navigate around the city without getting soaked but that was inevitable. The sale was worth the journey and the hall was crammed with rails upon rails of clothing jam packed with garments of every description. From rows of patterned shirts, rails dense with tartan skirts to wool jumpers of every shape and colour. There was even the odd gaudy eighties prom dress thrown into the mix...
