Healthy Working Lunchin’ On the days I’m working from home I love to make crazy salad creations–throwing any veggie and fruit combinations together. My concoctions can be hit or miss but I now have a few standards that I make on the regular which have me looking forward to this mid-day meal more than I ever used to. My latest afternoon nosh = kale, orange, and avocado. (Always avocado, obviously ! )
Two of my favorite flavor additions include: green onions and cilantro. Did you know cilantro has super cleansing benefits–google it! I love the taste so I add cilantro in a lot of my salads / dishes.
Dressed with avocado oil and a hint of himalayan...
