I might just be the only fashionista in all of Vancouver who doesn't own at least one pair of Wellingtons, dear readers!! Even though I'm willing to admit that I occasionally regret this lack of waterproof footwear, I've never regretted my decision a couple of years ago to include some fabulous "fair weather only" boots in my collection!!
