Trimmed and Tied
If events in life were like stops on a train trip, then my trip to Portland was the last stop before Christmas. I'm now officially in holiday mode. I started this weekend by watching my favourite holiday movie, Love, Actually. On Saturday afternoon, I put the finishing touches on my holiday shopping... That evening, we assembled and decorated our first Christmas tree. The pile of presents under it has been growing ever since. I'm counting the days until Thursday, when I will get to start my day with a chocolate from my advent calendar.But for the record, Christmas carols are still definitely not my thing. I've done all of my holiday preparations with the new Mariana's...
