When you feel overwhelmed do you:

B) Take action
I’m curious…because I feel that you ladies are a lot like me and I wonder if I am alone in a recent realization.
You see, if you were to ask me this question even just one year ago, I would say without hesitation “B”. I am hardwired to put my head down and work through overwhelm and stress.
