October has a confession: she loves the Fourth of July, and she can't wait for it to arrive! And she loves wearing white, red and blue, but here's an outfit that focuses on red and navy. October loves the flare of a red tam - but she probably won't be wearing it today - it's 100% wool! The above cloche works a little better - it was a Christmas gift from her Boo.
