Weekly Workout Routine: Moto Leggings
These moto leggings kill the activewear game, y’all. They come in a few different colors too! You probably noticed me wear the gray ones in this activewear post ! They’re so comfortable to work out in, and I definitely recommend them.
aaaaand….drumroll please. Here is the usual weekly workout routine!
Monday: Legs {Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes, Calves} + HIIT
*heavy weights*
Weighted Side Split Squat: 8 reps each leg, 3 sets
Bulgarian Split Lunges: 10 reps each leg, 3 sets
Walking Lunges: 20 total, 4 sets
Adductor & Abductor Machine {w/o sitting}: 10 reps, 4 sets
Single Leg Press: 10...
