Rabbit season: gingham skirt, funnel-neck sweater, and over-the-knee boots
In my books, nothing heralds the arrival of spring quite like the Easter long weekend...and woohoo !! It's finally here!! Of course there's going to be some requisite indulgence in form of chocolate bunnies and foil-wrapped eggs...but because I'm vegetarian (and not much of a cook!) a fancy holiday dinner involving turkey or ham is something that rarely happens at our place; and then only if my hubby is in the mood to play chef!! But for the past five years or so - enough to call it a "tradition," I suppose! - we've invited the same two couples for Easter Brunch...with crepes, yogurt, real maple syrup, and a colourful fresh fruit salad.
