Dateversary Surprise
I don’t know if you’ve already figured this out about me, but I’m not really the mushy, sentimental type. I thought that once I got married, that was our new anniversary and I didn’t have to buy a card and a present for our old anniversary from when we were dating. I found out very quickly that I was very wrong. We have two anniversaries, and two celebrations are required. We usually don’t make a huge deal about our “dateversary” (March 18), which is why I was super surprised last Friday when I opened my gift – this Kate Spade bag ! I might have squealed a little bit.
