There are birds in my garden
So here is the skirt I mentioned back in this post which I picked up in the Lindy Bop sale around Christmas time. I loved the sweet garden bird print (and the sweet sale price...) and I'm really pleased with the skirt overall. As you can see, it's a lovely elegant length - not too short and not too long. It's also a full circle so there's plenty of room underneath for petticoats. In this instance I opted to wear it without a petticoat underneath, just for ease of getting it under my coat (which is warm but far too narrow for anything remotely fluffy).
