Brazzle Dazzle Day
I don’t normally dress cute for a hike, but this was more a hybrid outfit. It was my drive-to-Carmel/meet-Beefy’s-coworkers/explore-Point-Lobos outfit. And I managed to hike 8 miles in it. Sweater, Forever 21 (thrifted). Shorts, Forever 21. Leggings, C9. Boots, La Sportiva. Earrings, Pangaea. Sunglasses, Meow Meow. Bag, Mountainsmith. I had an incredible time at Point Lobos. The skies were clear and the air was warm. I saw seals, sea lions, deer, pelicans, cormorants, and lizards. The sea was especially spectacular with a high tide and surf. It was a brazzle dazzle day*! *I was singing Pete’s Dragon songs all day.
