What do you do when it feels like springtime but it’s still February? You wear a yellow dress with a turtleneck, of course. This turtleneck is actually perfect for layering. I have it in 2 colors, and I’ve layered them both under sleeveless dresses multiple times this winter. I have way too many cute dresses that I can’t bear to give up for 3-4 months. Jackets and cardigans work sometimes, but I’ve found that with flared dresses like this one, I end up looking like a walking rectangle if the outer layer hits below my waist...
