I was first introduced to Toni & Guy through a very dear friend of mine. At first, I was pretty sceptical on trying out a new stylist because I have fear! Questions that go in my head were like, what if the cut isn't what I wanted? Do I have to live with that hairstyle for weeks or months?! Then again, when I look at their profile and latest collection of hairstyles, I spotted a style called The Instalux and fell in love with it! Next, I called up Toni & Guy's Bangsar branch and everything was history. I first walked in and was greeted by a bunch of friendly faces. William, the Stylist Director sat me down and diagnosed my hair....
