Who goes to China and doesn’t come back with a traditional Chinese silk dress? Me, that’s who! Not only was I concerned that I wouldn’t fit into their modest sizes but are there that many occasions one can wear a dress like that? I know that goes against everything pinup is but I was backpacking. I was on a budget and food and bus journeys were proving far more important after a few days of big spending in Beijing!
