Priorities
They say skin ageing starts at 25. To me, thats reason for panic. I’m 26 and a year over due! I know it may seem trivial, but to me, it’s quite a big deal! Your skin is the foundation of all your looks. Sans make up, your skin has the sole power to make you look younger or older, hydrated or dry, well slept or haggard, healthy or not. With youthful dewy skin, you simply glow and exude radiance. That being said, it’s high time for me to stand up and take action. This year I’ve been taking little steps to counter skin ageing.
1. Eat healthier- yes to salads and greens and no to carbs (HUHUHU so much sadness)
2. Avoid Sweets (yeah right)
3. Sleep...
