Thank you so much to everyone who sent me notes & well wishes earlier this week - thankfully the flu I caught was a short 24-hour virus, so I wasn't down for nearly as long as I anticipated. Yesterday it almost hit 60 degrees here in NY and it felt like spring had arrived early! Since I was feeling better, I took full advantage of the opportunity to put on some easy lightweight pieces & head into the city to grab coffee with a girlfriend.
