HEALTHY HABITS With a new year, comes new resolutions. Many of those resolutions involve working out more/being healthier/losing weight & the like. This year, I didn't actually include getting in shape as one of my resolutions, but rather to create more healthy habits daily. Today I'm sharing a few ways to up your fitness game without having to set foot in the gym. 1. Eat Breakfast. I have always been a breakfast eater - I can't function in the morning without some food & a cup of juice, but I know SO many people who skip out on breakfast in the mornings. There's a reason they call it the most important meal of the day....
