Book Report: The Curious Incident...
You might really love this book: The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time, especially if you have a special needs person in your life. It's written from the point of view of a young boy and it was a fascinating look into what it might be like to deal with something like Autism or Asperger's. It definitely reminded me of a few kids I know and helped me understand better what life might be like for them. The book begins with our hero finding a wounded dog in his neighbor's yard and he attempts to solve the mystery of what happened to that dog. But really, it's about families and acceptance.
