Polka dot top: Old Navy - $17
Shorts: Target - $15
I think we all know that I'm obsessed with stripes, but polka dots are starting to really win me over. I mean, I've always liked them, but I haven't really gone out of my way to buy them until I realized that I had to have a black and white polka dotted skirt.
I am a little perplexed about how to wear this top to work because it's so sheer, but I think it's a perfect off-duty top for everything from date...
