Well this one is not quite a town since it's just one house which is a little bit hobbit's like features. FYI, if you don't know what a hobbit is, and I'm quoting Mr. Potato Head here "you uncultured swine!" But really, if you're under 30, you are uncultured swine if you're not familiar with what a hobbit is. Being a big LOTR fan, I'd say start with The Hobbit book and then work your way to the darker Lord of The Rings trilogy books.
