How to look and feel great after giving birth Pregnancy takes your body through a journey it has never been before on, and what a wild journey it is. Hormones raging, belly growing, feet swelling, back aching and this to only name a few of the things you might be faced with. I was lucky enough to go through a very nice and easy pregnancy without morning sickness or nausea, no major pains and only a mild sleep discomfort towards the end. I did my best to stay in shape, I paid extra attention to what I ate, still went regularly to my yoga classes, went swimming and walked for at least one hour every day.
