I'm trying hard not to say the classic 'New Year, New Me', but it kinda is. Some of you who know me well, will know that I have never once stepped foot inside a gym. I'm fortunate enough to have a high metabolism, which is why I stay so slim. However, this definitely does not mean I'm fit!
