two weeks
It's been two weeks. Two weeks since my beautiful Grandma Audrey passed away. I still find it hard to believe that she's gone...it still feels so surreal and the pain and grief are still so raw. I can't begin to describe how much I miss her. I know that death isn't the end, and that I'll see her again someday, but waiting until then is so difficult. Did you know that my doggy Sam and my Grandma Audrey passed away exactly ten days apart? I can't believe that both losses happened in so little time. It hurts walking around my house, looking for Sammy, then remembering he's not here. Or planning what present to buy Grandma for next time we visit her and then remembering...
