My perception of a blouse is somewhat dressy anyways. And I usually make us more formal by adding a leg baring piece. But this time, I thought I’d add a little more variety. Nancy got to wear a skirt, but since many women admit to not loving skirts or dresses, I had mom and I wear pants.
