Senita Athletics My fitness goals are far from where I want them to be right now. Besides high school when I was on the cheer squad, I can honestly say that my best fitness self was in my sophomore year of college. I was hiking constantly, and hitting the gym 3-5 times a week doing cardio and lifting. My best self weighs around 135-140 and can hike 5 miles with 12% incline, no prob. These days, you'll catch me skipping out on the gym for an episode of nostalgia mixed with Malcolm in the Middle.
