Wearing Fringe and Lace
PacSun at the Citadel outlets in LA was having a 75%off the entire store sale, yes, 75% off, and the lowest ticketed price too. Unfortunately their storefront was closing, hence the steep sale; but I got to walk away with a ton of goodies. I scored this Kendall and Kylie lace crop top which I paired with a Forever 21 suede fringe jacket (which I had been on the hunt for since Fall), and purchased on sale as well during their 50% off select outerwear sale!
