Exercise and Meditation with YOGASMOGA Tank and Shorts thanks to YOGASMOGA | Earrings: Nadri As I mentioned in my post a little while ago about my tips for reducing stress and anxiety , I like to make sure exercise and meditation are part of my routine. For exercise, I like running, yoga, and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts. As a former gymnast, gymnastics conditioning workouts (I find them on YouTube) feel familiar and fun for me, and it's amazing how little time it has taken to become much stronger with HIIT added to my exercise regimen.
