Hello Dolls, Last summer I felt like there was absolutely no color in fashion. I felt that everything was very neutral. When I think of summer fashion, I think of pastel, bright colors and florals. I found this top and jeans at Express. Even thought we aren't anywhere near Summer I enjoyed having some kind of color in my attire. Does anyone else felt like color was missing this past summer?
