Turtlenecks for the 50’s, 60’s, & 70’s: Under a Blouse

For the final pairing in these 3 posts of the turtleneck, I went with outfits that include a blouse (my definition of a blouse has always been a shirt with a collar & buttons). We tried this styling last year ( here ) but with more of a shirt interpretation. I tried to vary our looks by having one blouse be buttoned, one blouse be open with accessories and the other blouse just left open (it almost looks like a jacket this way).
