Making Plans..
I'm gonna start by saying i am pretty rubbish at sticking to 'resolutions', and i use air quotes because i think it is slightly clichéd and often useless to start something on a set Date that is the general consensus time to start. Will power was never my strong point, but as i get older i do feel my will power growing stronger (i'm making it sound like a super power here, just call Me WillPowerWoman) and making plans and sticking to them is more obtainable. Its worth noting here, from personal experience i have most definitely found that you can only achieve goals when you are ready. January 1st will make no difference to you if mentally you are not ready to...
