Fresh Start with a Fresh Year
My energy has been so low these holidays. Not sleeping well, coupled with poorer than normal eating habits, and a touch of a cold all adds up to low energy. And that means low productivity. What's also been hard is no school, which has meant no dedicated time during the day for work. That also hinders productivity. But today the monkey is back to school. And today I will have my coffee, my breakfast, my weights workout, and then tackle that mounting to-do list. Fresh start and all. Cheers to you!
