Tubing at Alpine Slide in Big Bear
Scott and I took advantage of a Tuesday off by visiting Big Bear. I hadn't gone proper inner tubing before (just plastic sleigh riding down some roadside hills), so he took me to Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain (at Big Bear Lake) for tubing! We arrived around 11:30am and it was packed getting around the parking lot and trying to find a spot. Then the line to get to the ticket window wrapped all around the building and took us about 30-45minutes (I lost track of time while waiting in line), to get to the ticket window. Thankfully we received a tip from a guest in line that we needed CASH, others were not so lucky and made it all the way to the ticket window, only...
