top (h&m), skirt (theory), shoes (topshop) Everything simple. Black on black. Back to jeans and tops. Been enjoying the sunshine, walking around, potting my succulents and cacti. Robby is here and we watched Synecdoche, New York. I highly recommend it as it's one of the best movies I've seen in a very long time. So much to chew on. I really love the contrast between the sheer, airy nature of this blouse and the lushness of the velvet in the skirt. I find that when I’m feeling drained of outfit-building-motivation, shifting back to all black and playing with both structure and texture can have a nice effect. Including a few pictures below (Instagram, yes...)...
