A couple of months ago I came across this blue neoprene kimono dress by Nasty Gal. Blue kimono dress Nasty Gal - Yellow tank top - Red Heels Melissa I tried it on, thought it was too big, too bulky, too hot, too long but I still bought it . Because I am stubborn.
