Black and Blue
When I travel, I usually run out of clothes. An event or party or impromptu shoot always comes up and I end up with nothing to wear. So when that happens, I try my best to get creative with the clothes I have in my arsenal. Thats precisely what happened with this look. I didn’t have any extra tops to wear to a dinner party, so I decided to grab my kimono cardigan and sew it shut to make a silk V neck top. It was in a deep navy color, which I thought worked well with my black high waisted shorts. A simple contrast that most people will never do- after all, it is breaking one of the oldest fashion rules! But I say- there are no rules! And this outfit paired...
