Bring on the cosy knits and oversized jumpers as the temperatures drop further! It's thermal tights all the way now, but they do a marvellous job of keeping legs warm, better then trousers really. You know how much I am of a fan of ankle boots and this dark green pair are an absolute cracker I picked up in the River Island sale a while ago. Granted, they can't be used for an eight mile riverside walk but for a stroll through town they are a-ok. On this occasion we had taken a drive out to Creake Abbey cafe for a spot of lunch (which was an absolute delight as ever) so I wanted something comfortable and warm to wear.
