BROOKLYN BRIDGE
“One can’t paint New York as it is, but rather as it is felt.” Here lies my last post from New York! Naturally, the Brooklyn Bridge was a MUST on our list of places to visit in NYC. We decided to walk across the bridge to get a full view of Manhattan behind us and then get the subway back from the other side. As with the High Line, mentioned in a previous post, I would recommend visiting the bridge boardwalk early to beat the crowds. We also visited Wall Street, grabbed a Starbucks (because, duh New York), took the Staten Island Ferry to cruise by the Statue of Liberty, visited Ground Zero,...
