Balance and Simplicity
Balance and simplicity are two words that I’ve been incorporating into my everyday life.
Both in the classroom and at home, I’m working on showing my students and my two minis that there is a time for work, and a time for play. I guess you can say it’s the whole “work hard, play hard” mentality, but really it’s just common sense.
If you don’t balance out your life between work and play, you will begin to find yourself stressed out. It’s not healthy for your body to just focus on one of the two. There has to be an equilibrium.
Simplicity comes into play – for me at least...
