ROME . TRASTEVERE CORNERS
Good morning from Rome! Yesterday after a morning of meetings we enjoy a great evening, Rome has welcomed us with super sun (lately I’m really lucky with the weather and there where I go it’s sunny!) and we decided to eat at one of my favorite restaurants in town, Trattoria da Augusto, which is in Trastevere. It is the typical super simple but charming and very authentic place, and I’ve been going for years and years and it is a must for me! I usually order the rigatoni cacio e pepe, a recipe that could not be more simple but just for that I like a lot.
