My At Home Wellness Retreat I have always believed that creating a healthy and happy home is essential to ones well-being. This means making time for workouts, getting a decent amount of rest each night, and putting in place practices to alleviate stress. Something I have chosen to do over the last few years is making a room in my house a "no work" zone.
